If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We'll review the problem and work with our production partner to arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size or colour, or simply changed your mind.
