Processing Time:

As each Delumine product is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times:

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers:

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by Printful using trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location.

Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs and Duties:

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Orders:
