Every piece is made to order, meaning it is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Orders are typically processed within a few business days before being shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product you've ordered. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
How are my clothes made?
Our clothing is made to order through our production partners. Rather than producing large quantities of stock in advance, each piece is created when you place your order.
This approach helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction while allowing us to offer our designs without maintaining large amounts of inventory.
What if something isn't right with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
We'll review the problem and work with our production partner to arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange something?
Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size or colour, or simply changed your mind.
